1. Data Controller
Your personal data is processed by Alyika Bilgi Teknolojileri Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Alyika”) in its capacity as data controller.
2. Personal Data We Process and Why
When you contact us, your name, email address, message and correspondence history may be processed. This information is used to review your enquiry, communicate with you, and conduct pre-contractual discussions and business relationships.
When you visit the Site, technical information such as your IP address, device and browser information, time of visit, pages viewed, approximate location and security logs may be processed. This data is used to keep the Site secure and functioning properly, to prevent misuse and to produce aggregate statistics on Site usage. Aggregate statistics are produced using a measurement tool that does not use cookies (see Section 4).
The Site does not collect data for advertising, remarketing or personalised advertising.
3. Collection Methods and Legal Grounds
Your personal data is collected electronically when you contact us by email and when you visit the Site.
Depending on the nature of the request, contact data is processed where necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract, for the establishment or protection of a right, and on the basis of Alyika’s legitimate interests, provided that these do not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
Technical data relating to Site security and technical data obtained through the cookie-free measurement tool are processed on the basis of legitimate interest.
4. Cookies and Site Analytics
The Site is published as a static website and does not use session or application cookies. Nor does it place analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on your device; you are therefore not asked for cookie preferences. The hosting provider may use a strictly necessary, short-lived security cookie to protect the Site, only when automated or suspicious traffic is detected.
Cloudflare, which hosts the Site, provides a cookie-free measurement tool that records the number of visits and page views, the address of the page viewed, the referring source, country, device type, browser and operating system, and page-load performance. According to the provider, this measurement does not place cookies or similar records on your device and does not create a persistent visitor identifier or device fingerprint; your IP address is used only momentarily to determine country-level location and is not stored as part of the measurement. Alyika receives aggregate reports only and cannot view records relating to individual visitors. The measurement therefore does not rely on explicit consent and is carried out on the basis of Alyika’s legitimate interest in understanding and improving the use of its Site.
5. Data Transfers
Your personal data may be shared, only to the extent required by the service, with authorised personnel at Alyika, technical service providers and legally authorised public authorities.
Cloudflare provides hosting, security and cookie-free measurement services for the Site. Our corporate email service provider may access data to the extent necessary to deliver and store the emails you send us.
These providers’ servers may be located outside Türkiye. Transfers of data abroad are carried out in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 9 of the KVKK and the applicable safeguard mechanisms.
6. Retention Periods
Contact correspondence is retained for two years from the date of the last correspondence. Cookie-free measurement data is held by the provider in aggregated form and can be viewed in the reporting interface for up to six months.
Where a legal obligation or dispute exists, the relevant information may be retained for the applicable statutory periods. Data whose retention period has expired is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your Rights and How to Apply
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information about its processing, its purpose and the persons to whom it has been transferred; to request the correction of inaccurate data; to request its deletion or destruction where the relevant conditions are met; to object to an outcome of automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
You may submit your application in writing to the Company’s address; where available, via registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature or mobile signature; or from an email address you have previously provided to Alyika and that is registered in our systems, to info@alyika.com.
Applications are resolved as quickly as possible, depending on the nature of the request, and within 30 days at the latest.
